I am writing to thank you for the help which
you gave Stuart Quarrie and our team, to produce the new style programme
and sailing instructions for Skandia Life Cowes Week.
I think these can definitely be judged to have
been a success, although we will all have a few ideas about making them
better still next year.
I know only too well how much work is required
to set up what is, in effect, an entirely new technical handbook. I
think the corrections which needed to be published were almost all due
to our mistakes not yours,which as I am sure you know, was not the
situation with your predecessors!
